If anyone were to ask me 15 years ago whether I would be a college counselor, I would have never accurately guessed that to be true. After not finding success throughout high school, I found the university that would change my life (unbeknownst to me), and everything finally fell into place. That is one of the reasons why I love what I do. I have the ability to help students find their potential and select the university that will propel them towards future success and achievement.
In the over 12 years that I have been involved in the higher education world; through admissions, college counseling, and mental health counseling, I have had the privilege of working with thousands of families to help disseminate information about college admissions, scholarships/financial aid, pre-college opportunities, course and academic counseling, and much more. I love what I do, because one of my greatest joys in life is building relationships and helping students find their best fit institution.
My approach is to create an environment of care and support, while working individually with students to craft a process that minimizes stress, and increases opportunities for you and your family.
